UP-FRONT GUARANTEE
In this agreement, we are trusted partners, communicating all the details of a proposed solution and giving you the opportunity to agree up-front. The up-front guarantee is intended to promote excellent customer service. We will do our very best but should something go wrong, there are no written or implied penalties in the up-front communication guarantee. There are no surprises when people communicate up-front.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF COMPANY
Rainforest Plumbing & Air shall do all work in a competent, workman-like manner and in    accordance with recognized practices, standards, laws and regulations.
 
LIMITED WARRANTY
Rainforest Plumbing & Air warrants plumbing repairs to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from completion unless otherwise stated in writing below or on the face hereof. Drain stoppages cleared with a blow-bag are not warranted. Toilet stoppages cleared with a closet auger are not warranted. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS:

PROTECTION OF CUSTOMER’S PROPERTY
